We will post the product ordered the next day after we had received your payment.

我们会在收到您的付款后，隔天便将订单的商品寄出。

We are using Pos Laju service. Goods estimated to arrive within 3 days. (Weekend and public holiday not included)

我们使用的是Pos Laju服务。预计商品送出后的三天内可收到。(不包括周末和公共假期)

Note / 注意事项:

1. After place order kindly make payment within 3 days, if have any delay the order will be cancel. 请在下单后的三天内付款，否则您的订单将会被取消。

2. After payment done, please inform us either with email or sms about your membership no(if have), order no, amount and payment date for convenience of checking. 请在付款后，以email或sms通知我们您的会员号码（如有）,订单号码,数量和付款日期，以方便查询。

3. Please keep your payment receipt detail for checking if needed. 请您保留储存您的付款资料，以在需要时方便查询。

4. Dear customer can transfer payment at ATM or online transfer, or make payment at counter. 您可在ATM转帐或由网路银行转帐或是到银行柜台汇款。

Terms & Conditions

1. All EZi items are brand new and in good condition.
2. All sales are final. All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.
3. No reservation of more than 3 days. If by the end of the 3rd day of reservation, we do not received any payment, we'll put the item on sale again.
4. Photos shown are for illustration only. Color might slightly differ from actual.
5. Please understand that sometimes there might be a delay in the shipment. We will do our best to avoid this.
6. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damages incurred during the process of delivery.
7. We reserved the rights to cancel your order in the case which the item is out of stock. Full refund will be made.
8. Any enquiries / orders confirmation will be replied within 24 hours. (If do not found in INBOX, please check your JUNK mail)

6.我们不会担当任何在邮寄过程中遗失/损坏的责任。
7.万一我们发现您的订单中有缺货，我们有权取消您的订单并将会退回此物品的款数。
